1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return. We will arrange pickup from your address or advise on the next steps based on your location.

4. Refunds

As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only:

  • Refunds will be made in cash or via an agreed-upon method after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Please note: Refunds are issued only for eligible items that meet our return criteria.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Used products or items without original packaging
